RYA Powerboat Level 2

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to yachting and leads to a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) certificate. The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) Coxswain grade 3 is a domestic Certificate of Competency for operating in Australian waters.
